I am a specialist Daylight and Sunlight surveyor with over 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality daylight, sunlight and Rights of Light assessments for complex developments. My expertise spans advanced 3D modelling, detailed analytical reporting and expert technical advice, supporting planning and design decisions across a wide range of projects.

I have contributed to the successful delivery of landmark schemes including One Tower Bridge, Millharbour Village, DLD College and Liverpool FC’s Anfield Stadium redevelopment. These projects required a rigorous and collaborative approach, working closely with architects, planners and consultants to achieve compliant, well-designed outcomes.

Throughout my career, I have focused on producing accurate 3D models and robust daylight and sunlight analyses, from early-stage massing studies and cutback strategies through to final planning submissions. My work includes the production of clear, visually engaging outputs such as heat maps, shadow studies, verified views and fly-through animations, helping clients and stakeholders fully understand technical impacts.

I have previously worked at leading consultancies including Anstey Horne, GVA Schatunowski Brooks and Lumina London Limited. My approach combines technical precision with practical, design-led problem solving, supporting developments that balance compliance, quality and architectural intent.
